Where is Kedi Studio London located?
We are located at Arch 91 Tiverton Street SE1 6FX. This is just next to the
reception of Travelodge London Central Elephant and Castle.
Is There Parking Spaces Available?
Unfortunately, there is no available parking on site, however, we have very
easy access to public transport, just a short 4 min walk from Elephant and Castle Station.
Are you Wheelchair Accessible?
Kedi Studio London is accessible for Prams, Children and Wheelchairs. There is also easy access to Public Transport.
What should I wear?
We recommend you dress for a mess. Although we provide protective gear,
but we recommend you wear some old clothing that you don’t mind getting messy.
What is included in a Classic Session?

Canvas (16” x 20”)

Paint, brushes, printing implements, canvas, ponchos, masking tapes and

paper if you would like to test out your throwing technique before trying on canvas

Set up, but most importantly clean up! We do that!

How and when do I get my canvas home?
We have a custom-made take-home box so that you can take your wet
canvas home after your session. The box is like a larger pizza box. It is easy
to take straight home after the session.
Can I BYO Food or Alcohol?
Food: No, Unfortunately, Food and splatter paint don’t mix well during a 1-
hour classic session.
Alcohol: You don't need to have alcohol to have fun! But there are plenty of
establishments nearby to go enjoy after a session. However, we do sell
nonalcoholic beverages in studio. We also offer BYO Permitted Sessions,
which are adults only, under 18 years of age participants are not permitted to
drink alcohol at the studio.
Can I Bring Spectators?
No because of capacity restrictions, unless the spectator is a baby in a pram, we
can’t accept spectators other than a guardian supervising a child under 16.
Can I take photos?
Yes, we encourage you to take photos. Post your epic pictures to show all of
your friends what a great time they missed out on. Be sure to tag us on all of
your socials to promote this fascinating activity to others.
By entering the studio, you acknowledge that you may have your picture taken
and it may be posted online.
Can we have our Canvas posted to us?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a postage service.
Can I bring my own canvases or paint?
No. Please do not bring your own supplies. We have everything you need!
Can I arrive early?
Our Studio Opens 10 minutes before any session start time. We are unable to
open before this as we clean the venue between sessions.
Can you store my painting?
Unfortunately, we do not have space to store canvases. We provide take home
boxes to ensure you can take your painting home after your session,
What is your Cancellation/Reschedule policy for Splatter Sessions?
Our Policy for the Public Splatter Sessions is as follows:
Classic Studio Sessions
Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation and receive a Gift Voucher to the value.
Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance of your Splatter Session is Free of Charge.
Within 48 hours of the session, unless another customer fills your spot:
There are no refunds for cancelling or no-shows. If you’d like to reschedule, you will charge a £20 late rescheduling fee.
No shows, late arrivals
We are not able to provide a refund or credit for no shows or late arrivals.
Exclusive use, celebrations, kids birthdays
To cancel and receive a full refund including any deposit, you must notify
us by email at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Between 2 weeks and 24 hours of the scheduled event: 50% late
cancellation fee
Within 24 hours of the scheduled event: No refund or reschedule
available.
Cancellation by Kedi Studio
Should we need to cancel or reschedule your booking for any reason, we will
use reasonable endeavours to notify you of this change. In this instance we will
offer a 100% refund or offer an alternative date for your booking.
