Cancellation Policy
Kedi Studio Terms & Conditions Welcome to Kedi Studio! By booking or participating in any session, event, or activity at Kedi Studio, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 1. General 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and activities at Kedi Studio. 1.2. By booking a session or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 2. Booking Policy 2.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. 2.3. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period. 3. Cancellations and Refunds 3.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the session will be eligible for a full refund in gift card or rescheduling for free. 3.2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled at our discretion. 3.3. Kedi Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions in case of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Participation 4.1. Participants must arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or inability to participate, without a refund. 4.2. Kedi Studio provides protective gear, but participants are advised to wear clothes they do not mind getting paint on. Kedi Studio is not responsible for paint stains or damage to personal belongings. 4.3. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult during sessions. 5. Liability 5.1. Participants acknowledge that splatter painting may involve physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk. 5.2. Kedi Studio is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during sessions. 6. Photography and Media 6.1. Kedi Studio may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a staff member before the session. 6.2. Participants are welcome to take their own photos but must avoid disrupting others. 7. Code of Conduct 7.1. Participants are expected to treat staff, other participants, and studio property with respect. 7.2. Kedi Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove individuals who exhibit inappropriate behavior without a refund. By booking or attending a session at Kedi Studio, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
